All prints are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by location. Most orders within the United States arrive in 5–10 business days after production. International orders may take longer depending on local carriers and customs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and product type.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Address Issues & Returned Shipments
Please double-check your shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at PhotoGlade@gmail.com within 30 days. We’ll work with our print provider to make it right.

Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
